Common Questions about Vacation Rental Homes

                                               Frequently Asked Questions.

1. How do I view an individual property?

Click on the Vacation Rentals tab on the top of the webpage. It will bring you to a page that lists all of the properties that we have. Click on the view property tab located underneath the picture of the property. Here you can view photos of different areas of the villa, as well as any community information that is available.

2. How to I report something not working on the website, and (or) file a complaint?

Please email the company owner, Sue Hurtley at suehurtley@aol.com    Please give a brief description of your complaint, name and contact information.

3. Do you do a tenant background screening?

No,for a short term vacation rental we do not, however, if the rental agreement is for more than a month we will conduct a background check, credit check, and rental history.

4. What if something breaks during my stay? I.E. Air conditioning, pool, washer & dryer.

Please contact the property management via the telephone number given in the welcome handbook right away. Pending inquiry of how the item was damaged, you may be required to pay for the item if it is concluded that you were at fault.
